One of my favorite tablescapes!
Every Christmas I pull out my box of favorite decorations for my “white table” which happens to be our everyday rustic farm table dressed up for the holiday!
It was fun designing this rustic winter tablescape anchored with a classic burlap runner from Pottery Barn and, embellished with shiny gold and silver touches to celebrate a beautiful time of year. Of course, candles add so much to the ambiance!
I love incorporating antlers in my decor, especially when designing a special table setting, This year, I added these perfect reindeer terra cotta dinner plates from Pottery Barn along with the wonderful gingham napkins. Mixing rustic and sophisticated elements made the look inviting!
My inspiration is typically derived from my love for the outdoors, but I strive to add a touch of elegance which the beautiful white roses certainly add. Featuring a white rose in a brandy snifter glass at each end of the table has added a special touch and you would be amazed how long the roses last!
My bud vases wrapped with twine plus a sprig of fresh seasonal greenery and pine cones are a perfect centerpiece that is very low maintenance.
Once I put up all the Christmas decorations from the table, I realized that this tablescape could serve as a wonderful winter table setting and that I could enjoy it longer than just the holiday season. I just recently refreshed the white roses and my table is so welcoming during the cold winter days. Yes, this winter table is perfect to enjoy long after the holidays!
A special thank you to my beautiful and talented daughter, Alexandra Boineau- Moss for the amazing photos!
This was such a beautiful table!! Every detail was perfect! It was one of my favorites that you’ve put together! 🙂
Great ideas for a simple and beautiful table. Setting a table has always been so important growing up in rural SC.
